Established in 2023, our association’s main focus is to become a beacon for passionate individuals committed to promoting sportsmanship and ensuring fair play. With a mission to elevate the standards of officiating across various sports, we are looking to cultivate a community of skilled referees and officials who share a common goal of fostering a positive and inclusive sporting environment. O’RIAN HAIRSTON is the Founder and executive director of EAGLE VISION OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION, a 501c3 nonprofit organization. He is well prepared to develop and manage EAGLE VISION OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION and establish necessary organizational linkages. He is involved in 100% of the work regarding creating, starting, and running our foundation, including all the fundraising activities to raise funds to become a 501c (3) established organization. He is committed and supported by a team of credible individuals who are readily prepared to harness all their strength, availability, and professionalism to catapult the business to a greater height.
